Welcome to LastMinute! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LastMinute website located at trylastminute.com ("Website"), our mobile application ("App"), and any related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by LastMinute ("us", "we", or "our").

The Service is a healthcare scheduling and internal staffing platform designed for organizations at the B2B level and travel nurses and others at the B2C level, facilitating scheduling without the use of Personal Health Information (PHI).
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
